Redirect issues when using 'Use Friendly Alias Path' #1

Redirect does not appear to work with the following setup.

Pattern - container/page.html
Target - container/page

Tested in newest version (PR soon via modxcms) and works fine.
Also can be done generally (for all pages) into .htaccess or nginx config
