I am trying to use bspmview to make images from FSL output. I wonder whether i can use zstat.nii.gz as input and threshold them (for example Z>3.1). I tried in this way and the output image looked right, but I wonder whether there can be some potential problems I overlooked. I see you noted that "Note that some features in bspmview will be automatically disabled if you load in a statistical image that was generated outside of SPM (for instance, in FSL),"
