[enhancement]: Import/export lists for spam traps

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

I'd like to see this feature: on github we can find nice lists of common usernames.
We e.g. use only initials for user name, thus we could safely import the entire john.txt list for use as spam traps.
Unfortunately there’s no list import function for spam traps.
Similarly, once a list is set up, we can’t export it, to reuse on a different server. This makes setting up spam trap lists rather cumbersome.
