Add patch to skip intro sequence

I have discovered a way to skip past the publisher and developer screens that appear before the logo screen. This patch will skip directly to the logo screen when the game starts. I don't have a development setup to incorporate this into your patcher but wanted to share the details of the patch:

• At location 0x2E16B in the Fairlight/Xplosiv executable, change 04 to 00.
