In the instructions, the link on how to install OSM Bright, is broken

Get and install OSM Bright. You can use step 3 of these instructions if you like.

The official documentation has moved. Maybe that's the link your are looking for: https://tilemill-project.github.io/tilemill/docs/guides/osm-bright-ubuntu-quickstart/
