libheif full library (with all pluigns) for windows

can someone share with me a full libheif.lib file, build for windows? or share some guide how to do it? vcpkg doesnt contain all f.e. svt is missing

@farindk can we please adjust the README(or I can make a PR with this) and recommend using MSYS2 instead of vcpkg ?

Or is there any particular reason to recommend vcpkg over MSYS2 (maybe it is?)?

I see. But it is giving me .a file instead of .lib. And I assume I need a static build as i want to use it inside pillow-heif for python. Actual one has only AOM backend.

How to do it in MSYS2? I am not so skilled there (VS user here).

@bigcat88 Yes, please provide a PR with an explanation how to compile / install it on MSYS2. I have no experience with that.

I would also like to have libheif to test if XNView HEIC browsing becomes faster as I don't know how long it will take for next official release. My knowledge and tools are not enough to compile it. If somebody has compiled windows DLLs (64-bit AMDIntel) of 1.19.x version, could you maybe put a download link?. I was just thinking of replacing old version DLL:s with newer ones and hope that decoding speed would improve =)
