fresh の方が (導入は) 簡単かもしれない。

go get でインストールして fresh で実行するだけ..??
あと、ボリュームのマウントは必要です。

アプリケーションがコンテナ待ち受け方なので、ホットリロードの導入むずかしいかも。

stdin を読もうとすると、EOF が送信されているのが見える ( docker-compose logs -f app すると)
