Issue in the footer section when the scanning starts and hover effect on buttons on scanning page

In the scanning page in the footer sections , the icons in the follow us section does not appear .

Also there is no hover effect on he buttons such as start scanning , capture , stop, toggle audio which makes it hard to identify if the button is properly clicked or not

Please assign me this issuse so i can start working
