Remove tasks not used in the updated harvest DAG #211

There are several tasks that were only used in the old DAG and are no longer needed. These include:

  • create_doi_sunet
  • dimensions_harvest_pubs
  • merge_publications
  • pubs_to_contribs.

These have become confusing to have in the code and will not be used further, so remove them from the codebase, along with tests.
