Describe the feature

Last week, rspack upgrade swc_core to v14.0.1. Then a lot of user reported a crashed in rspack build.
More detail see swc-project/plugins#414.
We have a ideas that add a wasm plugin test in ci when swc published to ensure plugin stable.

Additional context

I can work it, then commit a PR to implement. But I want to known will swc merge it ?
