Inventory Module

• Incoming inventory
• - As clothes are donated from individuals and Avalon, they would be entered into the
  POS instead of the GoogleDoc spreadsheet. The incoming inventory function
  would force the user to enter one of the available clothing categories.
• - An advantage of running incoming inventory (and all these other functions) through
  the POS is whenever clothing categories are changed, they only need to be
  changed in one place – the POS. With our current system, the POS can have
  certain clothing clothes that differ from the categories found in the GoogleDoc
  spreadsheets.
• - Reporting – would show the number of items donated by category and the total
  value of all donated inventory by date range.
• Outgoing inventory
• - As clothes are donated from Common Thread to Goodwill (and other places), this
  module would be used to track such donations. Note: this module is not used to
  track clothes that leave the store through sales; that will be tracked through the
  Sales module.
• - Reporting: Would show the number of items donated by category and the total
  value of all donated inventory by date range.
