Signed driver fail to install on some but not all win10 PCs #6

I have a comodo authenticode cert. I signed the driver using the AddTrust cross-certificate and I was able to install it on my dev pc but will fail to install with code 52 on my other Win10. Both PC are running the exact same Win10 version and build. I've also tried installing the cert on the PC and code 52 still persists. Any tips on how to resolve this? Thanks!

same problem here, but unsolved since 2018. so the product must me trash - no other way.
