Nachrichten vom externen Partner nicht lesbar

Wir haben einen Kurs "Digitale Medien" an der Hochschule Anhalt, der von Gasthörern der MLU ebenso gehört bzw. gelesen/geschaut wird. Text und Videos etc. können konsumiert werden, aber besteht seitens der MLU-Hörer kein Zugriff auf die im Nachrichtenforum verschickten Nachrichten. Sie sind zwar sichtbar als vorhandene Nachricht, aber beim Versuch, diese zu lesen, erscheint die Meldung, dass dazu keine Berechtigung besteht (siehe Screenshot im Anhang).

English version: Topic: Not possible for external partners (Elias - MLU) to read messages from course holder (moodle - HSA)

We at HSA host a course called Digital Media, which can be consumed by MLU students as well (watching videos etc. and retrieving other course material). However, communication is not possible because MLU students cannot access my messages: They do see that messages have arrived in the message forum but they cannot open them (the error message tells that they don't have the permission to read them - please see the attached screenshot

). Is there a way to give them the permission or is there any other workaround with respect to this problem ? Thanks in advance Alexander Carôt
