Hibernation is not officially supported on Pop!_OS as of 22.04. This documentation is supplied for your own explorative purposes. Any changes to your system configuration may break hibernation, or hibernation may not work at all. Support or assistance may not be provided.
The sentence in question is essentially saying that performing other (even seemingly unrelated) tweaks to your system configuration may cause hibernation to stop working, even if you initially get it working using the instructions in the article.
If we change the beginning of the sentence to read "Future changes to your system configuration may break hibernation," would that be more clear to you?
I don't understand. There's a disclaimer that states:
But the title of this is "Enable Hibernation (Suspend to Disk)".
Is hibernation officially supported but this article is about adding encrypted hibernation or is the disclaimer horribly written?
