Temperature vs. Indoor Temperature

What is the difference between these? I thought maybe Temperature would be outside temp from a weather service or something, but that doesn't look right.

Can you please be more specific (by providing screenshots or examples) about to what you are referring? All temperatures provided by Kidde devices would be indoor unless the device is installed outside because Kidde makes safety devices, not weather stations.

Looks like the JSON blob from the device reports multiple temperatures, so we return both. You can choose the one you like and disable the other. We probably won't fix this component to disable one or the other because this is a feature of the device. Probably the device has two temperature sensors on it. Do you know which one corresponds to the temperature reported in the app?

Looks like Temperature in the Kidde app corresponds to Indoor Temperature in the json. Weird!
