Using Auth0 sandbox for creating custom webtasks is a deprecated feature. What is more webtask token is no longer available from the dashboard, which makes "How to use it?" section quite outdated, exactly those parts

SANDBOX_URL: sandbox container url - 'https://sandbox.it.auth0.com' for public cloud
WEBTASK_TOKEN: the webtask token. You can get your webtask token from your auth0 dashboard.
(you can no longer get your webtask token from your Auth0 dashboard)
