Hello, this diagram has incorrect details: https://github.com/terraform-ibm-modules/terraform-ibm-observability-da/blob/a93e86d3aa9b4aa7a167216ec3fadee295d54873/reference-architecture/deployable-architecture-observability-instances.svg.

The observability router (Activity Tracker Event Routing, Logs Routing, Metrics Routing) resources do not exist within Resource Groups.

Logs Routing tenants are regional.

Activity Tracker Event Routing targets are regional. The routes and Metrics Routing targets and routes are global/account scoped.
