Ordering Errors resets original entries

In a dialog with food adjustments, if a user answers out of order, the original food item is lost.

For example,

Eating a Big Mac.
Q - any changes?
No Cheese
Q - any side items?
No Sauce
Q - anything to drink?
Side Salad (at this point, the Big Mac is dropped from the slot)
Q - what type of salad dressing?
...
