New option: Hide class/profession quests you aren't eligible for

Add a new option (probably in the main options frame, but could be a toggle in the side panel) that hides/shows class and profession quests that you aren't eligible. For example, hide hunter quests if you're a shaman, or hide a mining quest if you don't have mining.
