Speed of flash memory (de1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I wrote public domain game into de1 flash. 
2.By programmer,gen_top.sof was started. 
3.Nothing was displayed. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Openning screen.But Nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
terasic de1(flash:s29gl032n90tfi04). Quartus II 9.1sp2 web edition.
windows 8.1.

Please provide any additional information below.
First,I doubt boot sector of flash.
But,Both S29AL032D70TFI04 and s29gl032n90tfi04 is bottom boot.
So,It is that gen_top.sof isn't work,Speed of flash memory is cause(70ns -> 
90ns).
I did browse the source.
But,I can't understand fixed point.
What clock should I fixed ?
