Docker image changes

• Drop pushing images to docker hub.

• New image endpoint:

  • gilbn/theme.park and ghcr.io/gilbn/theme.park won't get updates anymore.
  • The new images are located at ghcr.io/themepark-dev/theme.park
  • This affects both the image for selfhosting and all docker mods.

Fixes

• Servarr: Update all mods to sed the end of body instead

• Some Unraid fixes for 6.12.3

• Plex mod: Remove the APP_FILEPATH and TP_HOTIO
