[BACKLOG] [Design] More powerful filter options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now the filter options that exist are:

• GenEd type
• Day of week
• Time period

However, this may still be missing some use cases. The following have been planned or suggested:

• no-conflict filter (filter courses that do not conflict in date-time with selected courses) -> [FEATURE] Add noConflict filter cugetreg-backend#92
• credit filter (e.g. courses with 2 credits) -> [BACKLOG] Filter by หน่วยกิต #306
• faculty filter
• not full/not closed filter

User research would provide further insight into useful filters, and A/B testing on the layout of filters could be beneficial.

Describe the solution you'd like
More filters such as those listed above, possibly decided through user research and consideration of use cases.
Since the filter bar will be significantly larger, consider changing the filter bar to horizontal and moving it to under the search bar.
