Unable to export as word

I was working with a phd student to complete the DMP. We answered all the questions but every time we tried to export the DMP as a Word file it would give us the message that one question is left unanswered and to click next to complete the question. But when we clicked next the page would simply freeze and it would not show what question was still unanswered. It looks like this might be related to a new feature. I did not have this experience with other lab members before this.
