Generate daily repository statistics dashboard visualized on Superset

Meta-information Indicators project focus is to provide a tool for contributors, with which health of a repository can be inspected.

Describe the solution you'd like
Any repository registered here https://goern.github.io/kebechet-universe/ will have its own dashboard accesible in Superset.
Superset dashboard should contain information with all the inspected metrics that are calculated by MI.

Acceptance Criteria

• Request public bucket for newest Superset and Hue (New bucket for team Thoth [Superset, Hue] operate-first/support#103)
• Store metrics daily on new public bucket in form of CSV (or if Hue supports json, leave it as is)
• Create tables for this metrics in Hue
• Create new tables in Superset out of those on Hue
• Visualize metrics
