基于白盒测试方法对Planner模块设计测试用例

使用Edge Coverage方法设计Planner状态机覆盖测试路径；
梳理每条路径上的状态转移Events；
按照路径不同，梳理不同Module中可能导致Events发生的情形，整理输出测试用例；
针对每一条路径，设计测试用例集，使得状态机可以按照路径跳转
