https://developers.google.com/ar/develop/unity/getting-started

I guess the above mentioned guide should help you out. You only need to change 2 things
1- unitygar.arr file (unitypeojectfolder\Assets\GoogleARCore\SDK\Plugins)
2- The apk "tango core"

These both files are provided by the master "TOMTHECARROT" in the repository .
