This is how the tunnel effect in Soulkitchen is likely supposed to look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yftem-hkumc, about 3:30 in.

This is how it looks in WinUAE 6 beta 4:

I have seen this deviation in another Soulkitchen video too, so the bug is likely old.
