Is it correnctly possible to filter out some pattern from some of all feed(s) ?

Like, "$title != "[sponsorisé]*" to mask out a feed with a title starting with "[sponsorisé]"

It's not really possible to filter out that kind of article but it depends on the configuration you use.
Using list view and if you do not consider the unread counter, I guess you can use a CSS rule to hide the item you want to remove.
Otherwise it's necessary to modify the KrISS feed source code.
