[Feature Request] re-consent of Privacy Policy page also for not logged-in visitors #196

As discussed in the WP support forum.

Current plugin behavior:

  1. When a visitor (no login) comes to the website he sees the Privacy Bar on the bottom of the page – he can accept it directly and also change the cookies settings (On/Off)

  2. When a user is logged in, he sees first the re-consent Bar (or Modal Window depending which option is chosen in back-end) to first accept the changes in the new Privacy Policy page.
    Only AFTERWARDS the Privacy Bar appears to accept the Cookies as in point 1.

Feature request:
Additional checkbox in the plugin settings to activate re-consent Bar/Modal also just for visitors (not logged-in).
