Hey, thanks for your great job.
I just installed your plugin and till now, it's straight forward how to setting up!
It will be great if I could use html tag to design a bit the content of "Privacy Excerpt" and "How are these used" etc

Agreed, I was just trying/testing this and would like the same. It appears there's no filter for this either. I could probably add this and send another pull request, but as the last ones haven't been addressed, I don't want to spend a lot of time on it without a little reassurance on the project status overall.

@MasterJuan, would you happen to have a set of html tags you'd like included handy? (I'm working on this, and looking at what to include in allowed_html by default - ie. the tags/attributes that should be allowed by default.) Thanks....
