P2Pchan needs to be rewritten to use a reliable DHT. I could set up another IP list, but this issue will resurface eventually. I've looked into Python DHT libraries and Entangled looks fairly nice.

Anyone is welcome to submit a pull request with a better solution. Relying on a single IP server was practical during the prototyping of P2Pchan but shouldn't be used in the future.
