Recently used the emby LXC helper script. On a whim I checked lspci and found it somehow has access to all of my vGPU device IDs, including the root device which I've been told is a bad idea. I originally followed this guide on how to enable hardware passthrough with a resource pool, so I wasn't actually sure what it would wind up looking like, but since device ID 0 is not a part of that pool it clearly didn't pass that through, but there was nothing in the advanced settings to do any modification to the GPU setup via pool or by pci device individually. How do I fix this, or do I have to switch to a manual setup?
