Includes:

Ensure consistency in file names with the rest of the package (rename optitrack_remap files to mocap_remap, etc.).
Make subscribe topic configurable in yaml file.
Only start publishing once first message is received (otherwise a message with all fields set to zero is published).
Only publish a message if an updated message is received (can probably be checked using the message sequence number).
