This is a meta-issue for all python3 migration issues.

Shell autocomplete support needs to be included using argcomplete
Porting git functions using libgit2 (https://github.com/libgit2/pygit2)
Porting apt-get functions using python3-apt (https://apt-team.pages.debian.net/python-apt/library/index.html)
tue-env.bash and tue-env-config.bash
