Support for monospaced text in Markdown rendering

Right now if a post's contents use the <pre> tag or its equivalent (like the backticks in Markdown), it is rendered indistinguishably from regular text. As Tusky is capable of rendering other Markdown formatting, I suggest that support for pre-formatted/monospaced text to also be added to it.
