Description

Calls coming through on Android have low ring tone (coming through earpiece rather than speaker it seems). Ringtone normal in iOS and Android Emulator

Reproduction Steps

Install application on Android device
Call number
Ringtone barely audible

Expected Behavior

When call comes through on Android, ringtone plays at normal level

Actual Behavior

You can barely hear the ringtone (Android devices only)

Reproduction Frequency

Happens every time

@mhuynh5757 My test phone is a Galaxy A15 running Android 14. We are also receiving complaints from multiple customers using a variety of different devices

Hi @sshodges is it possible for you to get all of the five volume settings from your device? I understand it might be hard to get that from customers, but if that's possible it would be greatly appreciated. I've discussed this issue with my teammates and we're speculating that the internal audio library we're using might be fetching audio volume settings from the incorrect device and we're trying to confirm that.
