Describe the bug
The Hamburger emoji in Twemoji and some but not all other emoji styles includes a piece of cheese on it, making the emoji displayed categorically not a Hamburger (See Emojipedia for reference.
Emojipedia¹ itself notes this issue at the top of its description, though I haven't found a similar bugreport from them.
Here² is the aforementioned note of this issue from Emojipedia¹:
"A burger with a beef patty, usually depicted on a sesame bun with cheese, lettuce, and tomato—making it a cheeseburger, though officially called Hamburger by Unicode."
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Send the Hamburger emoji from Twemoji in any chat or look it up
Note the cheese that is included, categorically unmaking it a Hamburger
You have just seen an emoji that does not display what it is named after
Expected behavior
Every emoji should be displaying an image accurately based on its name. Displaying a cheeseburger when precisely requested by the user was a hamburger, the wrong emoji has been used.

Google Pixel 8, Android Version 14
Applicable to all implementations of Twemoji

Notes:
¹: I didn't hyperlink this because it was hyperlinked above
²: "Here" in this context actually means "starting three lines below this word"
³: This is not actually a screenshot
⁴: My environment may also be considered to be warm and slightly humid, as summers in Europe tend to be

As I have hinted but not directly mentioned in issue #640, realism, or at least not needlessly displaying unrealism in emojis is important to me, thus I have and will open issues like this to make the positive change in the world that everyone wants to see.
Hello, X Corp. abandoned this opensource development but the latest Twemoji is still actively maintained and updated by former Twitter designers and Discord/WordPress designers on the fork repository here: https://github.com/jdecked/twemoji
Maybe you can make an issue on that repository for a potential update 🙂
