variable hash conflicts with package name #1

Hello!

Please rename variable 'hash' on

rendezvous/rendezvous.go

Line 31 in 84eb962

hash := &Hash{}

it conflicts with the package name, at least in IntelliJ IDEA reported (go version go1.11.1 darwin/amd64)
