Describe the bug
Items referencing Symphony location CONCORD_IN have "unknown" institution and library. Same as this issue in UA Discovery.

Thanks for reporting this issue. It's a known deficiency. There's a long term solution to the problem in progress. I'll leave an update here when that's (finally) in place.
