Unknown Error (oneplus Nord N10 5G)

For whatever reason, my phone is reporting on bootloader that its "lito". but it should be billie.
I have the BE2029 hardware.
I'm trying to install UBT from my linux laptop running POP_OS! 22.04 (latest updates).
