Apply Ubuntu theme to Windows console #185

Win 11 21H2 / Ubuntu 22.04

Currently Windows Terminal is customized with the Ubuntu theme:

but when the command is launched from the start menu, it starts a Windows Console which is not customized.

I'd be nice to apply the Ubuntu theme too.
