I'm pretty certain that no-one uses the query-library.js data anymore, so I think that can be removed. In addition, I don't think experts-iam is being used either.

the location experts-client/lib/query/grant_feed is probably the only queries in that directory anymore.

@rakunkel-ucd can you think of any reason to keep experts-iam in the system?
