[UX/UI] Update collection/item arks in featured images of home page hero banner once data has been imported

The home page banner randomly shows a curated list of collections and items. Currently we're missing the following collections. Once they're imported, we can update the config file with the correct arks.

• Napa Valley Wine collection
• Punjabi collection
• Slater collection

This PR has some of the related code, with comments where to make updates. For now, we've just removed the images/links from showing up on the home page if the collection doesn't exist in DAMS.
