Two records with same ISSN & Different SFX behavior #62

Please check the bib records:
https://catalog.lib.uchicago.edu/vufind/Record/sfx_954925569828
and
https://catalog.lib.uchicago.edu/vufind/Record/898672

They are the electronic and print records for the same journal. They both have an ISSN field of:
022 | | | |a 0933-2790

But only the electronic record shows SFX holdings. The print record only shows eholdings from OLE, not SFX holdings.

Can you see what is happening here? I believe we are supposed to prefer SFX eholdings.
