Check DOI Resolver on the "No Results" page

The “No results” page in VuFind should interact with Keith’s DOI resolution service.

It should submit the user’s search string to Keith’s service. The service will return a response of “not a DOI” or will return a URL for an SFX page. In the former case, we display nothing on the No Results page. In the latter case, we would display “Check availability for this DOI” and would hyperlink that statement to the URL returned by KW’s service.
