Integration of Scaler with Benchmark Code

We have a module named scaler inside the repo. The module is developed by an intern this summer. We need to integrate this module with the rest of the benchmark code. The module is supposed to be written to scale up the temperature and other observation data and then generate a set of queries based on the generated data.
