Configure (and create) result table while adding new simulator #4

In the add_simulator flow, also ask for the schema of the result table for this simulator.
Two ways after this:

If the plan is to create one table for all results from the simulator, create the table.
If it is to create a table for each call, add table creation to start query flow.
