Provide batch upload of audio files similar to image upload using a CSV.

I can import a CSV manifest that points to audio files and their metadata and
after import the file is on a show page with its metadata
I can upload MP3 ~~and WAV files~~
I can upload single files from UI in the browser
I can edit the metadata for the uploaded audio files
