Looking for a good set of benchmarks is a long-term goal. But we need to start with it. Let's use this issue to coordinate the discussion at this moment.

Let's start with protein-protein systems for benchmarking. And let's do it using the discussions area and the wiki of this repository:

• the discussions area to throw ideas and share sources (bibliographic, webs, etc.).
• the wiki to report the data in a better way.
