I would be useful to be able to set a start and end date for the opening hours, e.g. to limit the opening hours within a specific week or a month, where it would have some of the great functionally from https://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/ksumbraco7calendar/

E.g. for opening hours like this:

For February it would be easier to define that opening hours should start from February 13.
